Welcome to My Site!  I am a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker.  My experience includes 21 years of listing and selling residential real estate with a concentration in Ulster County.  As a member of the New York State Association of REALTORS and the Ulster County Board of REALTORS, I have served on numerous committees including the Professional Standards Committee and Professional Standards Steering Committee of the New York State Association of REALTORS, the Legislative Policy Forum, and the Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee.  I am also a mediator trained by the National Association of REALTORS.  I offer Alternative Dispute Resolution to members of the Ulster County Board of REALTORS, the New York State Association of REALTORS, and other REALTOR boards in New York State.  My mediation experience has been invaluable in negotiating transactions on behalf of my buyer and seller clients. 

I have been a Director representing Ulster County on the New York State Association of REALTORS Board of Directors.  Over the years I have served several terms as a Director on the Ulster County Board of REALTORS Board of Directors • I was the 2005 President of the Ulster County Board of REALTORS • the 1997 and 1998 President of the Multiple Listing Service of Ulster County • Broker-Owner of Flemming Realty in Stone Ridge from 1992 to 1998 • I was a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Marbletown for 12 years. • Prior to my career in real estate I was a Human Resources Staff Director with a major telecommunications company. After relocating from Manhattan, my husband and I have been residents of Ulster County since 1988
